1.  What is the condition of these shoes?  They are new - department store overstock! Some leather items may benefit from mild polishing since they have been shipped/moved several times. Unless otherwise noted, they are in new,  unworn shape

2.  Will you send additional photos?  No - feel free to search the web for this style.

3.  Is that the actual photo? In some cases, we use stock photos for NEW items.

4.  What is the shipping charge? See below at bottom of page.  US Shipping is generally 9.95-12.95; Canada is 22 USD; all others are 32 USD.  We ONLY ship vis USPS Priority mail.  We wish S/H charges could be less, but these fees continue to increase for us.

6.  How do you ship the items? We use the shoe baox as the shipping box.  In many cases, the boxes arrive to us in less than pristine condition.  We are a VERY small business & cannot take time for additional shipping containers.

7. Do you have this shoe in (different size, color, etc.)?  Maybe, but if we know we have it, it is listed on our ebay site.

8. What is your combined shipping policy? IF you put all items together in 1 payment, you'll pay full rate for 1st item & 1/2 rate for remainder.

9. Do you accept returns? No, unless we screw up the item!
