I bought this in cherry to hold my KitchenAid mixer and use as a kitchen island. All I can say is WOW, this is one nice piece of furniture. Not utilitarian looking at all. The wood is beautiful, with a nice finish, and it rolls so easily. This is something I will be proud to have on display in my home. And not only is it great for my mixer, it will be great as a cooking center, with shelves to hold my food processor and other things, and even a towel rack. And I can roll it around with the touch of a finger, no effort whatsoever, even with both the mixer and processor on the shelves. This is going to make my life so much easier, no more lugging that heavy mixer to and from my limited work area.
