Community: Pine Ridge is a gated community of approximately 300 homes. Governed by a Board of Resident Trustees.
Utilities: Electricty and town water. Septic system required. Pike County information shows: Sewage permit never denied, also no documentation that this lot is unbuildable. We suggest double checking for yourself. However this county research looks positive.
Recreation: Clubhouse and large outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts(see picture). Close to ski slopes through out the Poconos.
Fees and Taxes: The Pine Ridge Association Fee is $705 per year. This is paid up until May 1, 2010. Township taxes are around $100 including school. This can be checked with the Lehman Township Tax Collector. Taxes for 2009 are paid.
Access: Easy access from Interstate Route 80 to north on Rt. 209. 209 parallels the Delaware River and proceeds north to Interstate 84. Convenient to malls and foodstores.
Beautiful in the Fall. The price range for this property if sold retail by a Realtor or Builder would be $9000-$12000.
