Wooden Nickel Hankinson North Dakota Anniversary
Two wooden nickels, each approximately 1 ½” diameter, distributed by Hankinson, North Dakota in 1976, celebrating their town’s 90th Anniversary and the Bicentennial of the USA. As you can see in the photos, on one side is written Wooden Nickel and United States of America, with a buffalo in the center. On the flip-side, is written Bicentennial 1976 Hankinson June 11-13, 90th Anniversary. Both wooden nickels are in very good shape – one is made of a bit darker wood, hence the color variance between the two. We strive to describe all our items as accurately as possible, but we welcome all inquiries if you need clarification on any aspect of our listings.
[We welcome grouping your purchases to save you on shipping costs.]
Shipping Calculations: We charge actual postage cost plus 50 cents per item to cover our packaging costs. Items are weighed prior to listing to help the buyer estimate shipping costs. If you would like me to package your purchase to determine the actual shipping weight, I’d be most happy to do so, as sometimes my estimate is a few ounces high. Our goal is to make our income from the sales of items and definitely not by inflating shipping costs. Please let us know if you have any questions on our shipping.
International Buyers – Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.”
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark them as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
