	Shipping:	The seller does not ship unless item description states otherwise. The buyer is responsible for picking up all purchased merchandise from our Utica, New York location.
	Payment:	Full payment is due within FIVE (5) business days of notice of award. Winning bidder will receive email with payment instructions. PAYMENT CAN ALSO BE MADE UPON PICKUP OF ITEM MONEY ORDER, CASH IN PERSON & PAYPAL no other form of payment is accepted unless otherwise stated .

	Item Pickup:	Pickup must occur within 10 business days of receipt of property release. Buyer arranges and pays for all pickup. This includes packing, removal, and transportation or shipping if offered.
	Pickup Hours:	9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (excluding holidays). M-F
	Directions:	Items are located at the County Office Building in Utica, New York. Information on how to reach the location will be provided upon request.
	Default:	All property not picked up within 10 day reverts back to the County of Oneida, with no financial compensation made to buyer. Please pick up your items promptly!
