This is a Woodstock International Saw Miter used in wonderful condition!
This miter seems to be missing the top middle clamp. I never needed it so not sure what it did.

I am trying to describe my items as accurately as possible. Sometimes, because of limited knowledge, there may be important information about the item that is not listed.
Some items are sold AS IS because of various conditions: either I do not know how to test it, or it doesn’t work, or is sold for parts, or to be repaired etc. No returns are accepted for AS IS items.
You will only get what is listed in the auction. Do not assume that accessories not pictured or specifically mentioned are included, because they are not!
US bidders outside contiguous US (including Alaska, Hawaii) and international bidders please contact us BEFORE bidding regarding shipping and payments requirements. Some items cannot be shipped outside of US.
Please feel free to ask questions via email. I answer all emails. If you do not receive an answer, you probably have email blocking features activated and our emails to you are undeliverable.
Unless you plan on paying twice as much as what the item is worth, do not email and ask to end the auction early. This is an auction, you bid.
Payment and Shipping:
Winning bidder pays ALL packing and shipping costs.
I have scales and ship from here, my shipping costs are normally only a dollar or two over actual the going shipping rate and that is used for your packaging materials.
Payment is due within 7 days, including from international buyers. Payments not received within 10 days are automatically reported as an unpaid item with eBay to recover our eBay fees; this is an automated process.
I accept Pay Pal with CONFIRMED addresses only.
Items with a shipping quote of $100 and above will be shipped via a freight company (quotes are given for a commercial address with a loading dock unless one specifies otherwise). If this is the case, the shipping is just an estimate and you MUST pay all the difference in shipping! Residential freight deliveries will have a surcharge of $100.
All other items will be shipped via UPS Ground, Priority or USPS. Do not ask me to ship from your account because I will not.
Local pick-ups are by appointment only. Pay Pal is not accepted on local pick-ups
Small packages ship immediately, others in 5-7 business days; larger ones may take longer. In special situations, items shipped via a freight company may take up to a month to be shipped.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your item has shipped.
Returns:
You have 2 days to inspect the item. If you have a problem during the inspection period, please contact me via email; you must include the item number in all correspondences. I will reply to your email within 24 hours of receiving it. If a return is required, I will test the item. If I find the item not as described, I will refund the winning bid. If my testing shows the item to be as described, a 15% off restocking fee will be deducted from the winning bid. You are responsible for the safe packaging and insured shipping charges of returning an item.
I reserve the right to reject merchandise that has been tampered with or received in poor condition due to improper packaging.
In the unlikely event that the wrong item was accidentally shipped, a full refund by the method of payment will be issued and a return shipping refund made once the item is safely returned

If paid by Pay Pal, Item will be shipped to Pay Pal's confirmed address only.
Any purchase over $250 (item + shipping + insurance costs) requires signature confirmation on delivery.
Shipping charges will be higher for PO Boxes, APO, FPO, Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S.Virgin Islands, or any remote area within US. Buyers should contact with their complete address (not just zip code) for a shipping quote.
Most items will be shipped by USPS or UPS Ground.

Any customs/broker fee will be paid by the buyer.
I normally use USPS for international.
USPS First Class, Global Priority Mail or Airmail Post does not provide any tracking and normally takes about 4 days to 10 days but can exceed even 1 month. Only USPS Global Express Mail (EMS) provides tracking and we recommend it even though it costs more.
Proof of Shipment may be provided upon request.
Lost/Damage Claim Instructions:
You must wait for 21 days for lost domestic (within US) shipments and 45 days for lost international shipments before filing a claim. For shipments to Italy, you must wait for 60 days from the shipment date before filing a claim.
Any damages should be reported immediately upon receipt.
You agree to support & be patient up to the claim is completed.

If the item is damaged by the shipper, you must get your refund through that shipper. I will help you. My items are normally one of a kind from me and only cash or store refunds will be given. Refunds will be given upon the return of the item in the same condition I sent it out, including all packaging and manuals if included. Items must be insured for the return shipment.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
