Returned items will be for store credit.  My goal is to have happy customers, so I will do what I can to make things right. Shipping and insurance to be paid by the BUYER, check the shipping cost with the shipping calculator from 92555 to your zip code. 

To my international buyers, I ship airmail and have sent many items out of the US without problems or loss, sometimes things do get held up in customs which is beyond my control.  If you wish to upgrade your shipping to add insurance, please email me with your zip code and what you desire to purchase, but know that it is very expensive.
