This is a custom made size (3-5),  3pc. Casual Pageant Outfit.  

This adorable outfit is made of three pieces.  The colors just pop from this black background. A top, skirt, and tulle,satin trimmed underlay.  It is also too cute with black leggings.

The top is made of black cotton stretch with 3/4" sleeves with black shimmer maribou cuffs, scoop neckline snap closure back and custom painted design to match fabric pattern. 

The skirt is made of black printed cotton with large pink flowers.  It is cut as a circle style for fullness and is made to wear on natural waist line.  Snap closure back.  Waist band has an attached double sided, extra thick black satin ribbon that ties around waistline. 

The tulle underlay is made of white tulle layers. Top layer of tulle is trimmed in pink satin.  Tulle hangs lower than skirt to give a layered effect.

Also included with outfit is a matching head piece, small bows for bottom of leggings and extra fabrics/ribbons to use on any other accessories.

Measurements are aproximately:

Bust: 22"  Waist: 21" Hips: 23"
