This CD has never been opened, as you can see from the pictures, it still has the back seal on. This is a brand new CD I got when I was in Everett Rank's mentorship program.
Everett Rank, who has taught and mentored thousands, taught with Russ Whitney, Cornerstone, & Real Wealth Mentorship teaches on this CD along with John Desmond, President of American Housing Providers and who is on the REIA (Real Estate Investor's Association) National Board of Directors.This is a class about Wrap-Around Mortgages. A wrap-around mortgage is a loan transaction in which the lender assumes responsibility for an existing mortgage. For example, S, who has a $70,000 mortgage on his home, sells his home to B for $100,000. B pays $5,000 down and borrows $95,000 on a new mortgage. This mortgage "wraps around" the existing $70,000 mortgage because the new lender will make the payments on the old mortgage.
I haven't opened it, so I can't tell what exactly is on it, but if its anything like the class that's on their online OnDemand program, its pretty good.
