PREPERATION
FOR HOT TEA: For each fragrant cup of hot
tea, use one rounded tablespoon of tea. More tea may
be used for a stronger cup of tea. Boil freshly drawn
cold filtered water and pour into cup over tea blend.
Allow to steep for three to five minutes.
PREPERATION
FOR ICED TEA: Use two rounded tablespoons
in a 250ml container, steep and leave for three
to five minutes. Remove tea blend and pour hot tea
into a tall glass filled with ice. As an iced tea,
Wu Yi Tea ia a pleasant departure from traditional
iced tea.
