This sustain pedal is from a Wurlitzer 200.  The previous owner put carpet on it, I am sure you could get it off if you wanted.  The only thing it is missing is the cable; everything else is here, it was working but the cable broke so I cut it off.  Apparently you can just use a bicycle brake cable without problems. Will work with 200, 200a and I have heard the 140 too.  Email with any questions and Happy Bidding!
