Directions for Brewing:

IN A CUP_ Pour fresh boiling water over teabag in a cup; steep for 3-5 minutes; remove bag before serving.

ICED TEA_ Brew tea at double strenght and steep for five minutes. Sweeten if desired and pour into glasses filled with ice.

I was Skeptical at first; I also can't tolerate caffeine and this is why I waited so long to try it. But after drinking this Oolong tea for a week; already I see the bulges smoothing away. Not so much by the scale, but I feel lighter and tighter and have more energy than I did before. Though I can't tolerate a lot of caffeine, this does not bother me as did various diet aids, coffee and teas. Additionally my appetite seem to have decreased and I don't think about food as often.  Oolong tea is known to have greater amounts of antioxidants than green tea. I cannot guarantee weightloss, but this tea is worth a try, just for it's many healthful benefits alone.
