tranquil Lazy River, beautiful pool and private lake, this is no ordinary
stay.
You will stay in a two-bedroom
deluxe unit at Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort, 9560 Via Encinas,
Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830, (407) 238-3500. The unit
sleeps 8 maximum. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, with whirlpool tub.
The other bedroom has two double beds with private bathroom, and the living room has
a double sleeper sofa. The unit has a wideband Internet connection. The unit is fully equipped with bed linens, bath towels, dishes,
silverware, pots and pans, dishwasher, garbage disposal, paper towels, dish detergent, stereo, TV's, iron with board,
microwave, and coffee maker. All you need to bring is your clothes and food to
eat.
The Wyndham resort has a voluntary
non-smoking policy in units and buildings. No pets are allowed.

Note: You DO NOT have to own a
timeshare or belong to RCI to bid. You DO NOT have to attend a timeshare

A credit card and photo ID will be required at check-in. The credit card is to
cover any possible damages to the unit and phone calls. The resort
strictly enforces occupancy levels.
When the auction is complete and I have received payment, I
will call Wyndham and list you as my guest. They will send you a written
confirmation which you will need at check-in.
Seller's Payment Instructions:
Payment is due within 72 hours after end of auction. No personal checks.
