This time-share resort has studios and one-, two-, and four-bedroom apartments that are individually owned but share the same decor. Some units have whirlpool tubs and washers and dryers; kitchens range from partial to full, depending on the unit. Housekeeping is provided on a weekly basis, and more often for a charge. The spa and fitness complex has sauna, steam room, cardiovascular machines, weight equipment, fitness classes, and body treatments. Five championship golf courses at the Palm-Aire Country Club are just a chip shot away. Lunch and drinks are available at the Tiki Hut.
