These points are good until June 30, 2010. On July 1 of 2010 a brand new set of 217,000 points will be issued food until June 30, 2011. This process will repeat every year forever. You own the property with no expiration since it is deeded and this can be willed, or sold, or given to anyone as it is in fact owning real property.

Buyer will reimburse seller for 7 months of the fees billed since they are receiving 1/2 of the 2009 issued points and seller has prepaid the first month of the new years points (January). Fees are billed January-December, regardless of anniversary date.
