The quiet, secluded Royal Sea Cliff overlooks the Pacific by a lava rock stretch of the Kona Coast, features gorgeous gardens, and is approximately eight miles from Keahole-Kona International Airport. Local attractions include shopping and dining in Kailua-Kona Town, approximately one mile away, and Captain Cook, located 12 miles from the resort.

Guests may kick back and watch the sea from the resort's sundeck, or take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and whirlpool. The open-air tropical courtyard features exotic plants and a cascading stream. A tennis court is available for those that wish to fit a set or two into their Hawaiian vacation. Additional amenities include a sauna, tour desk, barbeque grills, free parking, free wireless Internet access in the lobby, elevators, Internet kiosk (for a fee), laundry services, and postcards.

Each of the 76 condominium units feature air-conditioning, alarm clocks, balconies, cable TV, Internet access (for a fee), telephones, dataports, voicemail, safes (for a fee), irons and ironing boards, kitchens, ovens, microwaves, refrigerators, coffeemakers, cookware, tableware, and laundry facilities

You will not be required to attend a timeshare presentation or tour the property but you will have the benefits that this first class resort offers.

Staying at a vacation resort property has many advantages over the traditional hotel stay.

This is a 2 bedroom condo that sleeps 6.  The resort will assign condo at check in and view cannt be guaranteed.

  Other dates, unit type  or stays less than one week may be available in sellers store.  Seller may end the listing early if space becomes unavailable.

Resort Rentals International will have some required reservation forms that need completed and signed. When you make your purchase or bid you agree to the terms and conditions listed on the forms.

Any legal proceeding of any nature brought by either party against the other to enforce any right or obligation under this Agreement, or arising out of any matter pertaining to this Agreement, shall be submitted for trial, without jury, before the state or federal courts located in James City County, Virginia. The parties consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of any such court and agree to accept service of process outside the state of Virginia in any matter to be submitted to any such court pursuant hereto, and expressly waive all rights to trial by jury regarding any such matter.
