Ok, here's my simple plan, what you are purchasing:

Wyndham Vacation Resorts Timeshare 1YR Rental Contract:

Upon purchase of this contract, purchaser, Fairshare Plus owner, can transfer any amount of Regular Use Year Points to seller in increments of 1000 points for 1 year from purchase date.

Purchaser will provide original expiration dates for points transferred to TNExpeditions.  Original expiration date MUST be over 90 days.  If under 90 days, there is no guarantee of rental or payment for unused points.

Seller, TNExpeditions, will use those points (combined with other points) to rent units.

TNExpeditions will pay purchaser $5.50 for every 1000 points TNExpeditions has used for rentals.

Purchaser will receive monthly reports for points status.

Purchaser will receive monthly payments for points used during rentals

For any unused points at original expiration date, TNExpeditions will pay purchaser $5.00 for every 1000 points not used.

TNExpeditions will provide purchaser contact information, name, address, email address, and phone number, that purchaser can use to contact seller Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST.

100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If you are not 100% satisfied, we will refund your contract purchase amount, $25.

30 days written cancellation necessary

Any unused points will be refunded as a comparable vacation, matching unused points amount, which can be used up to 1 year from cancellation

Additional Information:

Once purchased, TNExpeditions will contact you via email with all  of our contact information and Wyndham Vacations Resorts information necessary for you to transfer your points
