This Wyndham Beach Villas week is booked for CHRISTMAS ! , December 19-26, 2009.  

I PAID $1,000 for the Wyndham week.   Over Christmas, the most popular week. The reserve is set at only $400. 

I require full payment within 10 days.  I’ll take Paypal, cashiers check, or a personal check which I will give 10 days to process.   I will then have the resort staffs put your name on the reservation confirmation and email you a copy.  We’ve sold other weeks and the resort staff is familiar with the process and everything goes perfectly according to plan.
