I have very high DSR stars, and my customers are usually very happy. There will rarely be a need for a return. If I make a mistake in the listing I will cover all costs involved in the return. If the mistake is the buyers, the buyer will need to cover all costs in the returns. Buyer will need to pay a 15% restocking fee to cover E Bay and Pay Pal, and relisting costs.
