SHIPPING & PAYMENT TERMS

I offer U.S. and international shipping via USPS. Shipping and handling costs include the actual shipping cost, packing and gas. U.S. shipping cost includes USPS Delivery Confirmation. International shipping cost includes insurance.

The shipping cost will be paid by the buyer and will be added to the invoice during checkout.

For international shipments I highly recommend buyers to add on the cost of "registered mail". This is the cheapest method for international shipments to be able to track the merchandise and to have assurance of safety. I cover the cost of insurance for international shipments so as to protect the buyer for reimbursement in case of loss but this does not cover finding the shipment. The cost for USPS "Registered Mail" is US$10.80 which must be added to my shipping cost. Please advise me if you wish this to be added if you wish at the time of checkout prior to payment.

Payment must be received, at the latest, within one week of the end of the auction. I reserve the right to cancel the transaction and re-list the item if payment has not been received within this time frame. Please allow approximately up to five (5) business days after payment is received for your order to be processed before shipping.

Local duties, taxes and customs clearance charges incurred in the country of destination for international shipments shall be incurred by the buyer and are not my responsibility.

COMBINED SHIPPING COST DISCOUNTS

If you wish to combine multiple purchases for a shipping discount, the closing dates from the first to the last purchase must be within a maximum of 10 days of each other. Please notify me of your desire to combine shipments when making your initial purchase. The combined shipping cost for like items of this auction is US$1.00 per additional item combined for U.S. shipments and US$2.00 per additional item combined for shipments outside the U.S. We will ship a maximum of like items allowable per envelope (folded posters) or tube (rolled posters). If combining unlike items  from different listings such as weight/size we will have to calculate the shipping discount on a case by case basis.

I will submit feedback to buyers upon receipt of feedback from the buyer after their receipt of the merchandise.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is of the utmost concern to me. I strive to describe the condition of my merchandise in detail and accurately. If the merchandise purchased is materially different than described in this auction the buyer shall have the right within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the merchandise to rescind the transaction by so notifying me and by returning the merchandise to me, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense within three (3) business days. All merchandise are well packed so as to arrive in undamaged condition to the buyer.  The original shipping charges and return shipping costs shall be paid by the buyer in the case of a return.

INSURANCE

For U.S. shipments, insurance is available through either Auctiva or the USPS upon the request of the buyer. All merchandise is well packed so as to arrive in undamaged condition to the buyer. If for another reason there is damage to the merchandise and the buyer did not request shipping insurance then the buyer shall be responsible for such damaged merchandise.

International shipping costs include insurance.
