7 days after the buyer receives it | If there is some problem with the item, depending on the problem, if we have another of that same item, we will exchange for the same item, if not we will work with you to come to a fair agreement for replacement or a refund, whichever the case may be, on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to make the final decision regardless of the reason for return, in deciding if your problem warrants a refund or exchange. We will of course be very generous with our decision.
