0. PAYMENT METHODS: PayPal. Buyers must make payment or contact us within 3 days after the auction ends to make payment arrangements. Unless otherwise arranged, non-payment after 7 days will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute being filed.

PayPal accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover as well as allowing echeck payments.

Also, PayPal domestic echecks take about 4-5 business days to clear [international can take up to 10 days or longer], so shipment of your item will not occur until that is complete.

I reserve the right to refuse payments from PayPal accounts with unconfirmed addresses, especially in the case of buyers with low or negative feedback.  Please contact me prior to purchase if you have a question in regard to this.

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS OUTSIDE OF CANADA: These are Region 1 DVDs which are traditionally played by DVD players in the US and Canada. Your DVD player must be able to play REGION 1 DVDs. Please ensure this is so before ordering.  Failure to do so will disqualify your item from being returned based on this reason.

 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such.

1. SHIPPING TERMS:  United States: $2.99 Media Mail with delivery confirmation for all 50 states and PO Boxes.  Includes insurance, packaging, and handling.

 Will ship to APO/FPOs via insured $2.99 Media Mail. Includes insurance, packaging, and handling.

For holiday and time sensitive orders: $9.99 for Priority Mail with delivery confirmation for all 50 states and PO Boxes.  Includes insurance, packaging, and handling.

Canada: $24.99 via insured Priority Mail International. Includes insurance, packaging, and handling.

 Great Britain and Germany: $29.99 Insured Priority Mail International. Includes insurance, packaging, and handling.

Australia, New Zealand, and Japan: $31.99 Insured Priority Mail International. Includes insurance, packaging, and handling.

2. SALES TAX:  Sales within California 9.25% sales tax. All international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees which are to be borne by the buyer.

3. RETURNS: Please contact me within 7 days if there is a problem with the shipment.

If an exchange is OK'd, the buyer must return the item in same condition as received, postmarked, within one week of receipt.

 Original shipping materials must be returned. Return S/H charges are to be borne by buyer except where return is due to seller's error.

Items must be unopened in the original plastic wrap/factory sealed box.

Unless insured, items, which are lost or damaged in transit, will not qualify for an exchange or refund.
Generally, items returned will be for an exchange.

Occasionally, items do go out of stock or become sold out, under which conditions a refund would be given.
