Boxes To Ensure Perfect Delivery

To protect people with allergies and the public in general, only NEW boxes are used. We do NOT use dumpster or store boxes which are flimsy from previous use, and have been exposed to a variety of questionable environmental elements / bugs. (Our boxes are also stored in airtight, sealed containers.) Each box can withstand up to 200 pounds of pressure, and are beautifully crisp and CLEAN- as are the recycled peanut packing materials.

Hidden Costs?

READ CAREFULLY! THERE ARE NO GIMMICKS HERE. We do not embed packing costs in the merchandise then state there is "free" shipping. NOTE: Shipping costs also drop substantially with multiple items. The post office only increases rates when a POUND is added- and you've already incurred the pound/pound and a half weight of the box with your first item, so from the second item on, you only pay for the weight of your actual items. Your shipping savings can pay the cost of your second item or more. Buyers easily save 65%- 80% on shipping when purchasing from the same seller. And with over 3,000 bisque items which can be poured, ASK US for a theme not shown or additional items, they can be made for you without causing a delay as items are poured when ordered. Due to our full schedule, quantities are limited, sorry there are NO rush orders- items are usually crafted when ordered. However, some items are in greenware stage, which also saves time. Molds can be poured once or twice a day, and some molds pour two or three items at a time. Email and ask, we'll be glad to give you an estimated pouring timeframe. We pour from Monday-Friday only, holidays are excluded. OUR POURING SCHEDULE STAYS BOOKED UP, SO PLAN AHEAD!
