You are looking at an X-Men (Vol. 1) #23. This issue features appearances by Count Nefaria, the Eel, the Unicorn,Scarecrow, Porcupine and Plantman. This comic grades out at VG/FN / 5.0. The most glaring flaw is the stress marks along the spine. I grade pretty conservatively. I've been in the business of grading comics for almost 20 years now.
