Details: The DS10A sends a radio frequency (RF) Signal to any X10 Home Security System's Base Receiver. When a door or window is opened the Sensor sends a wireless signal to the Base Receiver. Sensors send a self-checking; transmission approximately every 90 minutes. The Base Receiver will not arm if a Door/Window Sensor hasn't reported in (can be overridden by pressing the Base Receiver's Accept Button). There are no code wheels or tiny switches to set (for ease of installation). A random code is automatically generated during set-up, which uniquely identifies each Sensor. The Base Receiver logs-in each of these random codes as the net sequential zone (16 zones). The sensor uses standard AA batteries to provide up to 1 year of operation. Condition: NEW

 All items are shipped via USPS First Class and Priority mail based on the shipment weight unless otherwise noted. We charge only 50% shipping for each additional listing** if they are purchased within three days and paid for at the same time with a single PayPal transaction. If you are unsure of your shipping cost after purchasing multiple items please request an invoice. Shipping charges are automatically calculated and refunds will not be made if items are paid with separate transactions.

International Customers Please Read

If you are requesting shipment to International destinations please understand that it may take three or four weeks for the items to arrive and clear customs. All items are shipped USPS International First Class or USPS International Priority Mail dependent on weight. No tracking or delivery confirmation information is available to International destinations and although we guarantee the items will be shipped if you do not purchase insurance we DO NOT offer refunds for non delivery of purchases.

We have chosen to run a very legitimate and legal business so we are not able to ship items to other countries and mark them as a gift or a zero value. The shipping price is not included in the valuation of the item.

All orders from the X10 Warehouse may be returned within 30 days for a refund. In order to return or exchange all/or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) by sending an email request to info@x10-warehouse.biz along with the original Ebay ID and PayPal transaction ID.

All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization (RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the PayPal trasaction date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a  refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. We must levee a restocking fee of 15% of the cost of items returned.

The X10 Warehouse is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since The Home Automation Store cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.
