We ship based on a pre-determined shipping schedule only. Please make sure our schedule matches your needs
before you purchase our plants. The schedule is located near the top of

| Combining your Order |
We do combine orders. Make sure you
do not pay for your plants or check out on eBay before you have a complete and accurate invoice with all your plants included. If you do not comply with the
eBay procedures we will not be able offer combined item discounted S&H fees to you.
eBay locks sellers out of the order once payment or the checkout process has
been completed. Please do not ask or expect us to make adjustments or changes after the fact! |
| Additional Purchases |
If you add additional plants to an already existing order to ship in the same shipping cycle, we can manually adjust the S&H fees to the reduced amount. You
must ask us to do so before you make your payment. After you make payment, the transaction is final and we can not adjust the amount. |

Ask us questions prior to bidding! If you are not clear what you are buying please ask us before you bid. This will avoid disappointment and misunderstandings. |
| Bare root plants |
All our plants are shipped
BARE ROOT except for flasks. Flasks are shipped as shown in sealed bottles. If you have never ordered bare root plants, please review our plant information before you bid on our plants. Bare Root plants are
prepared prior to shipping to allow for safe passage in the mail for periods up to 15 days.
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 days of shipping. The plant will arrive dry and
in need of immediate care. |

Carrier |
We use both USPS
and UPS as well as other carriers as needed. Carrier selection is our
choice only and not optional for customers. |
| Summer and Winter time shipping |
We ship our plants
all year long. As long as there are no extreme weather conditions like snow storms or heat waves, the
package is kept in a room temperature environment while in route to you. If your plants are left outside on a porch or in a mail box where it is cold or over heated, the plants will suffer damage. You must decide based on your location and
local weather conditions if you have any risk. We do not replace plants damaged by extreme weather conditions.
We advise all customers to send the plants to a PO Box or location where the mail is delivered indoors
such as office or home where someone can immediately accept delivery. We will hold orders if
requested. Just send us mail before we ship to you!

| Feedback |
We use EBay's automated
feedback system. When you are satisfied with our plant and it has arrived safely, simply leave us feedback and we will return it automatically within a few minutes time! If you feel the need to leave negative or neutral feedback for us without first contact us
or for something outside the scope of our offerings, we will ban you for life
from our stores. We may exercise our right to due process and file a claim
with our local legal authority. Be careful and remember you are liable for
your comments. |

Customer service is available for any problem you may have.
We do our best within the scope of our offerings and good faith to make every
customers happy. We are human and do make mistakes from time to time! Rest assured that if we do make a mistake we will correct it!
Please note: We will not be taken advantage of by scammers or put up with
abusive customers. Remember that we are people at the receiving end of
your email. You will receive the same respect you give to us. |

We normally answer emails within 24 hours.
Weekends and holidays may experience longer wait times as we are on holiday and
the volume of messages increase. You can reach us either by eBay's
'contact seller' link or
direct email at
orchid@royalorchidclub.com. If you do not receive a reply from us within
48 hours please use the alternative contact method above. Make sure to check
your eBay's 'My messages' to see if our reply is posted on eBay. |
| Missing Order |
First check the shipping schedule and
insure that the package is due for delivery. Most questions about shipping
are caused by people not understanding the shipping schedule. If your
plants have not shown up by Monday following the expected delivery date then
contact us so we can track down the package for you. If your ordering from Porto Rico expect a few days
extra delay due to normal bad service offered by the USPS in your area. |
| Damaged on Arrival |
Once in a while it happens! If you receive a damaged box from us, please notify your delivery carrier and open a claim on the spot.
No carrier will accept a damaged box or goods when shipped, so don't let them
tell you a story about how they received it that way. It did not happen. We will replace items damaged in shipping as long as the shipping carrier gives you a claim number. If possible take a digital picture of the box prior to opening. After you take a picture of the damage, open and check the plants.
Normally the plants will be ok and only the box will suffer damages. If not please let me know the condition so I can direct you to save the plants or process your RMA.
We rely on digital photos to process claims and RMAs, so make sure you have
access to a digital camera if you need to make a claim. |
| Returns |
We only accept returns within 7 days of delivery and with a valid issued RMA Number. RMA numbers are issued by us in special cases only. We will issue a store credit for the original purchase price of returned plants or replace at our option. We need the plant returned to us in the original condition or an acceptable
digital photo the plant to issue store credit. We do not refund shipping and
handling (S&H) fees. If we send you replacements, expect to pay for S&H
fees. If you do not contact us within 7 days of delivery, we will not
entertain any claims. We are not responsible for plants after 7 days as the plant is not in our care. |
