Feedback Rating Requirements

If you have significant negative feedback or have a feedback rating of less than five (5), please contact us PRIOR to bidding or your bid may be cancelled. Bids from people with less than 90% feedback will not be accepted.

Payments

We accept Paypal and all major credit cards via telephone. Payment must be received within 5 days of the close of the auction. If it is not received, you will receive an official email from eBay requesting payment and will be reminded of your delinquent payment when you log into eBay.

If paying through Paypal, we will only ship to buyers who, based on Paypal's criteria, are eligible for seller protection.

Shipping & Handling

Shipping for this item is determined by eBay's Shipping Calculator unless otherwise specified in the auction.

Your order is professionally packed and shipped promptly via UPS, Fed Ex and DHL.  These carriers cannot ship to PO Boxes. If you have a PO Box, please include a physical street address as well. Items shipped via  UPS, Fed Ex and DHL include $100 of insurance. Additional insurance can be purchased at the rate of $1.25 per $100.00 and is mandatory on all fragile items and electronics.

Local Pickup
We welcome local pickup on any item. A pickup charge of $2 per item is applied to your balance. Local pickups are charged 7.75% NC sales tax. Please see Retail Sales below for store hours and directions.

Some of our items may be located offsite. Please call in advance to notify us that you will be picking up your item.

Insurance & Breakage
In the event of damage during shipping by the carrier, please keep all packing and shipping materials and contact us within 72 hours of receipt. We will contact the carrier and file an insurance claim.

Returns

In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 919-303-1988 within 7 days of receipt to discuss and request a return authorization number. As we are an eBay trading assistant and sell other businesses inventory, any requests made after the 7 days will not be granted.

Items may not be returned without a return authorization number.

If we determine that the item was not as described and we provide you a RMA #, upon return we will refund the price that you paid for the item including shipping the item to you.

If the item was as described, but you want to return it with an RMA number, upon receipt, we will refund you the price that you paid for the item, not including shipping.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs under any circumstance.

Bids from international bidders will be accepted IF they have excellent feedback and email in advance to agree on payment and shipping arrangements. International payments must be made via Paypal.
