**All orders being shipped 2nd Day Air on a Thursday or Friday, will not be received until the following Monday or Tuesday respectively. Orders being shipped Next Day Air Saver on a Friday will not be received until the following Monday. International shipments (including Canada): International orders will ship within 1 business day of ordering (same day shipping is not guaranteed). All international shipments utilizing USPS Priority will take 6-10 business days to most areas, on average. **International Customs fees: All international shipments will be subject to customs fees upon importation. These fees are not covered by the shipping charge and will be your responsibility to pay before the item is released to you. Holiday shipping: Shipping may be delayed during holiday shipping periods. We are closed during major holidays, such as: Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, the day before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas, the day after Christmas, New Years Eve, and New Years Day. During these periods, we will not be processing shipments. UPS and USPS will not normally be available for delivery/pickup during these periods and they do not consider these part of the transit time. Tracking information: You will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information the evening of your shipment. Most carriers will not update this information on their website until later that evening.
Damaged shipments: In the unlikely event of a damaged shipment, you must contact us immediately to start the damage claims process. In order to start this claims process, you must have all of the original packaging materials for UPS inspection. We cannot replace damaged items that you ship back to us without following proper UPS procedures.
Seller reserves the right to use a different shipping carrier without prior notice.


Return Policy: All returns must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form prior to shipping and include it with the returned merchandise or the package will be refused upon delivery. An RMA form can be obtained by clicking the ‘create support ticket’ button above. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs associated with returning the merchandise to us. All returns must be shipped using a carrier providing tracking information to verify arrival. If you believe that you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately using the ‘create support ticket’ button above and we will contact you as quickly as possible to correct the issue.
**DLP/LCD lamps may only be returned under warranty for testing and replacement. Please review the warranty section below for more information.
**All other items will carry a 14 day return policy for exchange or refund (if opened, a 25% restocking charge will apply).
Any other authorized return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Warranty: All items will carry a 14 day DOA (Dead on Arrival) guarantee, 60 day warranty, 90 day warranty, or 180 day warranty (listed in each respective auction). All DOA guarantees will begin the day the item is delivered. All warranties will start on the day of purchase and will cover manufacturer defects only. Please take care in replacing the lamp as physical damage (including over-tightening and subsequent damage of this act such as the post breaking on the back of the lamp) is not covered by the warranty. In order to process a DOA claim or a warranty claim, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form and include the form in the box with the claimed merchandise. An RMA form can be obtained by clicking the ‘create support ticket’ button above. The buyer will be responsible for all return shipping fees associated with returning the merchandise to us. All returns must be shipped using a carrier providing tracking information to verify arrival.
**DLP/LCD lamp warranties will cover up to one replacement lamp during the warranty period specified in the auction. In order to process a warranty claim, please click the ‘create support ticket’ button above to obtain an RMA form. Average handling time for claims is 1-2 business days (delays may occur during peak holiday seasons, please see holiday shipping schedule above for average periods of delay) after receiving the returned merchandise. All lamps will be tested upon arrival. All lamps found to be defective will be replaced immediately with a new or like new replacement at our discretion within the stated warranty period. Replacements will not be issued prior to the receipt and testing of the claimed lamp. You may purchase a spare lamp to have on hand, but we will not cross ship for warranty claims.
**DOA guarantees for TV modules does not cover damage caused by other boards/parts in the TV or improper installation. Many boards should be replaced in pairs to avoid damage caused by other faulty parts in the TV. If you believe the board you received is DOA, please click the ‘create support ticket’ button above to obtain and RMA form and open a claim.
Feedback Policy: Due to our volume, we use an automated software program that will leave the buyer feedback once we have received feedback. Please contact us before leaving neutral or negative feedback to give us a chance to correct any issues. DSR (Detailed Seller Ratings) are a very important aspect of the feedback system.
