My schedule of coming back to Canada from Tibet is Nov 17th, 2009. I have visited Shaman masters houses and monasteries again to find more authentic talismans to bring back. So, you will enjoy the great pleasure of owning pieces of authentic shaman blessed tibetan talisman only a click away in stead of traveling 10,000 miles  by yourself!  During my absent, I won’t be able to reply to your kind emails and questions until Nov18th, 2009 because Tibetans are living in their primitive harmonize life style with no internet , no phones available except couple of major cities. But when I am back, I promise to reply all your kind emails in the order they are received in a timely manner.

 

During my absence, I  still post items on ebay for auction using automatic listing service provided by vendio. We allow all of buyers to return finished jewelry within 3 days after receiving the items; for loose gem stones, we allow an additional 7 days on top of the offered refunding time to have the loose gemstone tested and verified by authorized third party.

For all of our products, refund will be given as long as customer dislikes the item. No question asked! ; Refund amount will be the closing price of the item, Shipping and Handling fee is not refundable.

For damage during the transportation, insurance will cover the damage occurs during the transport of the shipment. We do not responsible for the damage and claim for lost and damage from shipping shipping, customer will get compensation from post carriers only if the shipment is insured.
