Large Jody Bergsma Orca Whales Counted Cross Stitch Kit


Hello and welcome to The Stitch Boss. We are licensed Jody Bergsma Cross Stitch Retailers. Today you are considering a cross stitch kit made with Jody Bergsma's famous water color painting called, "Orca Experience."  This picture depicts the beauty of a pod of orca whales swimming the the deep blue. This would make a  lovely addition on anyone's wall. It is approximately 21 x 14 when finished and includes the following:

  • 74 Colors of High Quality DMC embroidery floss
  • Floss Organizers

NOTE: PICTURES ARE OF THE LARGE 11 x 17 Size. This extra large size will include double the floss and fabric.

With us you get quality and quantity. We are a new company but our feedback on our cross stitch kits should speak for itself. The amount of DMC floss we provide is incredible and carefully measured to ensure that you have plenty to finish your kit. In addition, it comes presorted with about 74 different colors of the best French DMC floss!

The fabric is a very high quality part cotton/linen blend. It is not a cheap fabric which is inserted in most mass produced kits . It is Zweigart, which is the best foreign made fabric you can get. In fact, the fabric that comes in this kit can be seen in the photos as I placed it under the floss in the photo. It is a very delicate dawn gray.

We guarantee customer satisfaction and encourage communication. In fact, I am  available from 9am until 5pm Eastern time for any cross stitch needs you may have while working on your kit.

Payment is expected within seven days of the close of auction. If there is no payment received seven days after close of auction and no email communication then I will file a dispute in an attempt to retreive payment. I am a very understanding person so if you have a problem paying send an email. Communication is never a bad thing. If there is no payment seven days after the dispute, then I will leave negative feedback and relist the item. On the flip side, I LOVE TO LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK. :) Please be sure to contact me after the auction to let me know if you are paying with a money order or cashier's check. Thanks. :)

With international orders, we accept pay pal only. There are no money orders or cashier's checks accepted for international orders. We are sorry but we have to do this for our own protection.

Shipping is calcualted based on your zip code and the weight of the item. I do not believe in overcharging for shipping!  If you pay by pay pal then I ship within 1-2 business days, but if you pay by money order or cashier's check then I will not ship until payment is received and cleared. I always try to offer three forms of shipment to suit your needs. The price of parcel most has gone up and many times there is only a ten cents difference between parcel post and priority mail. In this case I offer priority mail as it is important for you to get your item quickly and without hassle. Your shipping quote includes any handling fees used to pay for packaging materials as well. Handling fees are always between 1 and 3 dollars and only 3 dollars on very large boxes with lots of packing materials.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL I SEND YOU AN INVOICE. Many times ebay misquotes shipping costs and either I suffer or a loss or they overcharge you. After every transaction I weigh the item a second time and research the least possible rate for you and send it in an invoice.

All invoices will be sent out very promptly.





I do have a return policy! If you are dissatisfied with anything you buy from me you MUST contact me within three days after you receive your item to be considered for refund. No contact indicates that you are happy with your item. If you need a refund the item must be returned to me within seven days after you receive your item. I will NOT refund shipping costs to you or pay for return shipping. Thanks so much for bidding and have a blessed day! Cross stitch kits are nonrefundable once opened and used.
