Payments:

Payment must be made within  5 business days (Mon thru Fri). We accept Paypal, Money Orders, or Cashiers Checks.

Shipping:

All winning items will be shipped out within 7 business days. We make every effort to ship the same or next day however this may not always occur. We use FEDEx and USPS for all of our shipments. Every item is inspected prior to shipping. Hawaii and Alaska residents please e-mail us for shipping rates. All California residents there is 7.75 % sales tax charge when purchasing.

Returns:

All returns must be made with 3 business days from the date of recieving. Please contact us for detail instructions on returns. All returned items must be in orginal condition when shipped (except broken during transit, that is why we have insuranced all items). NO RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY to all returned items. Buyer is to pay for shipping and handling.

All items are in stock at the time of auction, unfortunatly there are times where  we may temporarily run out of an item. We do not expect this to occur, but if it does we will handle the situation immediately in the following manner

1. We will issue a full refund
2. We will subsitute the item with greater equal value  (plus 5-10 dollars of value only)
3. We will place your item on backorder, ship brand new item as soon we recieve it.
