Guaranty: Different people have different expectations. My goal is having satisfied buyers. To avoid problems I ONLY SELL NEW ITEMS. If you had problem with the item; simply send me a note within two days of receiving the item; ask me to issue a return authorization number RMA. Upon receiving the item back I will test first and will reverse your payment or send replacement to my discretion. ( I only can help if the item number and reason for return included with the retun and not just thru emails ). Sorry shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
