24. Any item returned for refund must be received complete and in the same condition it was shipped. This means including all original packaging materials, all paperwork and manuals, accessories and hardware, etc. If anything is missing, the cost of replacement will be deducted from the refund. Replacement costs generally run from $4 to $25 per item. Something like a missing manual would be around $5 and a missing wiring harness or remote control could run around $20 depending on the manufacturer.
