XXL Bergsma Panoramic Cross Stitch Kit of Lily Flowers

Hello and welcome to The Stitch Boss. We are licensed Jody Bergsma Cross Stitch Retailers. We are a specialty store that maintains exclusive cross stitch kits that you cannot get anywhere else. All orders with us are pre-orders. We cannot mass produce our kits because they are hand made. Your approximate wait time is 15 days before your kit is shipped.

Today you are considering a cross stitch kit made with Jody Bergsma's famous water color painting called, "Summer Days". These gorgeous flowers would make a lovely addition to anyone's wall.  This kit makes up twice the amount of thread and fabric as two of our normal sized kits. In fact, it comes in two bags. It is approximately 38 x 16 inches when finished and includes the following:

PLEASE ALLOW 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

We ask that you not penalize us for shipping time in seller ratings as all kits are hand made. With us you get quality and quantity. We are a new company but our feedback on our cross stitch kits should speak for itself. The amount of DMC floss we provide is incredible and carefully measured to ensure that you have plenty to finish your kit

In addition, it comes presorted floss on labeled floss organizers. The fabric is a very high quality part cotton/linen blend. It is not a cheap fabric which is inserted in most mass produced kits . It is Zweigart, which is the best foreign made fabric you can get. In fact, the fabric that comes in this kit can be seen in the photos as I placed it under the floss in the photo. It is a very delicate dawn gray. We guarantee customer satisfaction and encourage communication.

In fact, I am available from 9am until 5pm Eastern time for any cross stitch needs you may have while working on your kit. International buyers, I now require express mail shipping via USPS. I apologize for the increase in postage but I have discovered that express mail is the only shipment that can be tracked and have had to replace so many lost kits via priority mail due to lost shippments that couldn't be tracked. This way, your kit will be able to be tracked and traced.

Payment is expected within seven days of the close of auction. If there is no payment received seven days after close of auction and no email communication then I will file a dispute in an attempt to retreive payment. I am a very understanding person so if you have a problem paying send an email. Communication is never a bad thing.  If there is no communcation and no payment after a dispute is filed, we will add you to our blocked list and relist the item. We hope this never happens as I LOVE TO LEAVE POSITIVE FEEDBACK. :) 

Please do not pay until I have sent an invoice with the most accurate shipping quote.

Cross stitch kits take 8-14 days for me to create once your order has been placed.  All floss is hand cut. Please do not penalize us for shipping time as these are speciality hand made items. Flat rate shipping applies for cross stitch kits and books.

International orders may take 2-4 weeks for arrival once shipped. Please do not fault us for items held in customs as this is out of our hands. Ordinarily, priority international takes 7-10 days if not held in customs. When your item leaves our store you will get a confirmation email.

PLEASE DO NOT PAY UNTIL I SEND YOU AN INVOICE. Many times ebay misquotes shipping costs and either I suffer or a loss or they overcharge you. After every transaction I weigh the item a second time and research the least possible rate for you and send it in an invoice.

All invoices will be sent out very promptly.

I do have a return policy! If you are dissatisfied with anything you buy from me you I ask that you please contact me within three days after you receive your item to be considered for refund. No contact indicates that you are happy with your item. If you need a refund the item must be returned to me within seven days after you receive your item. It is not ordinary for me to refund shipping cost, however, we consider it case by case and strive for customer satisfaction. Insurance is required on all breakable items. In the event of a postal boo boo we will send you all the proper paperwork and forms to go to your local post office for a claim. You are also awarded a 20% discount on your next purchase for the trouble. We always pack extremely well and mishaps are few and far between.
