Halo 3 / Halo 3: ODST: I have beat the game on Legendary and have all the characters unlocked so you can play whoever you want with in firefight.
On halo 3 the account is a level 45 Brigadier with 2315 exp. It has a 29 in Lone Wolves, 39 in Team Slayer, 42 in Team Swat, 41 in Team Doubles, 18 in MLG, and a 13 in Team Snipers. The account also has a katana and most of the achievements done for it. I have also downloaded all the map packs for it so your good to go, mythic maps, cold storage, heroic map pack, and the legendary map pack and it also comes with the 3 news maps which only come with the Halo 3: ODST version of Halo 3 online multiplayer.

Madden 10: I have downloaded a few of the franchise add-ons which help your team in franchise like rating and so forth.
Civilization Revolution: Fun game, something you might play in your spare time(strategy game).
Retail Value of every thing, games, downloaded content, and xbox, is $600 roughly, not to mention all the days it would take to get the progress this account has.
