All items purchased are shipped the next business day, but many times are shipped the same day. Currently all items only ship within the United States to the address listed in Paypal upon purchase of an item. If the item is shipped to an address incorrectly listed and we are not notified prior to shipment, the buyer is responsible for the cost of reshipment of the item. If additional reshipment postage is not made, a refund minus the original cost of shipment will be returned to the buyer. The shipping schedule is as follows below:
- Purchased Monday. Ships Tuesday.
- Purchased Tuesday. Ships Wednesday.
- Purchased Wednesday. Ships Thursday.
- Purchased Thursday. Ships Friday.
- Purchased Friday. Ships Monday.
- Purchased Saturday. Ships Monday.
- Purchased Sunday. Ships Monday.
Items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). For all items shipped via USPS, packages are mailed directly from the local USPS postal hub. All items are scanned, sorted, and placed on shipment trucks for delivery.
Local Post Office --> Local Postal Hub --> Shipment --> Destination Postal Hub --> Destination Post Office --> Delivery
What does this mean? It means your item will be received sooner than most Ebay sellers. Most Ebay sellers ship from their local post office locations. Those packages are scanned and are transported to local postal hub locations for wide distribution. Shipment times are slightly longer due to this extra routing step.
We currently ship to the following locations with the following shipment types:
- USPS First Class Mail: Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and Puerto Rico addresses.
- USPS Priority Mail: Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and Puerto Rico addresses.
- UPS Ground: Continental United States addresses only.
Shipping insurance for USPS shipments is optional, but highly recommended, especially for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and Puerto Rico addresses. For items shipped via UPS Ground, $100 insurance is included. Additional insurance can be optionally purchased by the buyer. We are not responsible for replacement or refunds on packages lost in transit.

Please read the item description, condition, and specification carefully and ask any and all questions prior to purchasing items. Items may be returned, but only for the following reasons:
- Defective on Arrival (DOA) (Please see * for specific return policy)
- Buyer Changed Mind (please see ** for specific return policy)
If for some reason an item is incorrectly shipped, please contact us so we can correct the issue. The buyer will need to take a picture of the item originally sent with their Ebay userID hand-written next to the item and submit this to the seller. Buyer will need to pay for return shipping beforehand but will be refunded the return shipping once incorrectly mailed item is received. A new item will be resent to the buyer.
* Items described as "Defective on Arrival" must satisfy the following requirements:
- Items may be opened
- Seller must be notified within three (3) business days of delivery date
Defective items are eligible for an exchange of another of the same item. Before an exchanged item will be reshipped, defective item must be returned first, return shipping paid at the buyer's expense. If the same item is unavailable at the time of the exchange request, a full refund or the originally purchased item will be given.
Original defective item must be returned. If defective item appears to be damaged by the buyer which has caused the item to be defective, or has been switched with another of the same item, no refund will be given.
** Items being returned due to "Buyer Changed Mind" must satisfy the following requirements for a refund to be given:
- Item MUST be sealed, unopened (unless item was originally unsealed as stated in the original item listing)
- Seller must be notified within one (1) business day of delivery date
Any items being returned under the reason "Buyer Changed Mind" may be refunded a partial amount (original purchase amount MINUS the original shipping cost & delivery confirmation original incurred on the seller), as this amount is non-refundable by USPS or UPS. Return shipping will be paid at the buyer's expense. Item must also satisfy all areas above for a refund to be issued. If item is opened, or seller is contacted after one (1) business day of delivery, no partial refund will be given.
