Measurements 25" x 10" x 5" (large enough to accomodate a yoga mat and towel up to 25 inches wide)

2 5" x 7" interior pockets (secure and great for keys, cell phone or ID)

1 10" x 7" interior pocket (secure and large enough to hold wallet or sunglasses)

2 exterior pockets for water bottles/coconut water/vitamin water

Adjustable strap allows bag to be carried tote style or slung over your back as desired.


Adjustments on flap allow bag to be carried tote style or tightened and slung over your shoulder. (see photos)

When bag is carried tote style it will also hold a change of clothes and shoes.
