Our refurbished copiers undergo a rigorous and thorough reconditioning process. We make an effort to replace all essential parts for optimum performance and reliability.

There is a standard 45 days PARTS & LABOR WARRANTY for customers within 30 mile radius of our Rowland Heights office. Our certified technician will investigate and repair the defective equipment on-site at “NO COST”.

There is a standard 45 days PARTS ONLY WARRANTY for customers beyond 30 miles of our Rowland Heights office. A certified "X" brand service center personnel will evaluate and repair the defective equipment, and if necessary, parts will be replaced. (SOCALTONERS will not be responsible for any expenses other than parts.)

(DOA) Damaged On Arrival – Damaged equipment should be reported to our customer service within 24 hours upon receipt. Further investigation will be made. For any reason the equipment is rendered un-repairable, we will provide a replacement at "NO COST".

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your order is cancelled BEFORE shipment, the full amount will be refunded.

If your order is cancelled AFTER shipment, there is a restocking fee of 10% on all returned items. Shipping and processing fee will not be refunded.

In the rare case a wrong item is shipped or the item is defective, the replacement will be shipped at no cost
