   Shipping: We ship to street addresses located in the 48 Continental United States and included at time of purchase with your payment via Paypal.

  Tracking: We will provide tracking information to the PayPal email address you provide with your payment. 

Most items are usually shipped out within 48 hours BUT some items require additional handling, please allow 2-4 weeks for standard delivery. Larger items sent via freight carriers may require up to 6 weeks for delivery. We require a phone number for larger items to assist the shipper agent to contact you, set up a delivery date/time appointment, or obtain exact driving directions from you. Purchase of multiple items may ship separately. Other shipping options may be available for additional fees, email with questions before purchasing.

(UPS, FedEx, DHL, Bekins Home Direct, Airborne, etc) Before you sign for the delivery, it is important to inspect the packaging for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. Please keep in mind that it is normal for the packaging to show some wear. Buyers should refuse to accept any item with visible damages. (Item will then be returned to us or our vender and upon confirmation a new replacement item will be shipped.)    Missing Parts, Damages or Defects: We only purchase from manufacturers and merchants who have the highest standards of integrity and will stand behind the items they ship. All request for missing parts or replacement items must be addressed to the item’s manufacturer first. The manufacturer will provide the quickest delivery of replacement or missing parts direct to buyer. Manufacturer contact information is usually easily found in the product literature. If this does not successfully resolve the problem then the vender from whom the product was shipped should be contacted to obtain return and replacement information. Buyer may request and receive a free product return shipping label from shipping vender for damaged items via email. This information is included with the item invoice. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If a damaged item cannot be replaced due to out of stock or one of a kind items as described above then a refund for the purchase price may be issued at our discretion, upon confirmation of item return. Out of Stock or Backordered items: All items are in stock at time of listing. In the event this occurs you will be notified by email of the delay and expected delivery date. We will cheerfully offer a 100% refund for any item that is out of stock or incurs a shipping delay greater than 14 days beyond the specified shipping time in listing.
