Item Condition:  All of our items are brand new (unless noted otherwise) and come from a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

U.S. Payment, Shipping & Insurance:  We prefer PayPal.  We also gladly accept money orders and personal checks.  Payment to be received by us within 7 days, please.  Personal checks must clear the bank before we ship.  This clearance can easily take up to two weeks so other methods of payment will allow us to ship much sooner.  Your package will usually be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of good funds.  All USPS shipments will include a delivery confirmation number.  UPS shipments will include a tracking number, which will be sent to you. 

International Shipping, Payment & Insurance:  Please email us for an exact quote.  We will ship international orders by USPS only, since private carriers assess huge "Custom's Brokerage" fees. We prefer PayPal but will accept international money orders in USD.  Payment must be received within 10 days. 

7 Day Return Policy:  Refund given on unused, unopened items; minus any S&H fees.  Please return within 7 days and contact us before shipping.
