From the author:  I have designed all the patterns in this book in  a wide range of sizes.  The underarm length of most of them are given in inches so you have your choice of the length.  With the popular oversized look, it is easier to adjust the pattern for any style.  I have also given the sleeve lengths in inches to save you from calculating to see how long the sleeve will be when finished.  I hope you like this way of writing the patterns.  I try to make them as versatile as possible to fit all the shape possibilities.  The bust measurement of all sweaters are the actual garment measurements.  THat way you can allow for the amount of ease you like and not what the designer likes. 

All the garments in this book were knitted on the Studio 155, but they could easily be knitted on any bulky machine.  I only used a punch card on one of the sweaters and that one could be made with stripes.  ALl the other techniques were done in othe ways.  A lot of the techniques I used could easily be adapted to other garments.

All the garments were knit with Tamm yarns.  You can use any yarns that match the gauge.  Tamm yarns are readily available.
