YAMAHA C3 GRAND PIANO WITH SILENCER
JUST ABOUT THE MOST USEFUL FEATURE ON A GRAND PIANO
Just arrived!
Originally purchased new in 1996 this C3 is in new condition. It has led it's life up until now as a prcatice piano for a beginner. The silent feature normally adds about $5000 to the price of a grand piano, this option will cost you about $1000 above the going price for a mid 1990's C3. Under the keyboard is a lever that when pulled the piano is silent. You then can plug in a set of headphones and listen as you play a Yamaha CF 9' Concert Grand. Use the piano as a MIDI Controller and play any tone module with your C3 silenced. This is extremely useful in a recording studio application. Hook up a set of good speakers and play the piano along with strings, or the sound of the Yamaha CF. The piano itself is perfect with hardly any hammer wear, perfect soundboard, clean felts and hardware. I would characterize the tone as medium, not too bright or dark. You can also record with this piano into a computer. Please remember this piano is a "Silent Series" not a player. Call about adding a player if you want.
Finish is perfect with no nicks , chips or dents.

This Agreement may be amended only by an instrument executed by the authorized representatives of both parties. 5) If any provision of this Agreement or the application thereof to any situation or circumstance, shall be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement or application of such provision to a situation or a circumstance, other than those as to which it is invalid or unenforceable, shall not be effected; and each remaining provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by applicable law.
