EXCELLENT CONDITION 1995 YAMAHA C5 CONSERVATORY 6'7" GRAND PIANO

Just examined by local piano tuning and repair company who described the piano as "like new" and stated the buyer will be more than pleased and a great deal too!
Original owners purchased brand new in 1995 by me from Local Yamaha distributor. It has been in place without being moved since placed in our music room at home.
These wonderful pieces of craftsmanship are well regarded throughout the music world and I know you will be quite pleased also. Beautiful Ebony Gloss finish long with beautiful Ivorite keys that were always covered by original felt key protector which is included as well as the Original Manual, and Cleaning supplies that came with the piano when new.
These pianos are not just an instrument, they are a long term investment. Just like the finer audio I sell, these pianos take on an investment strategy too as you can use it for 10 years or more ant the piano will still be worth what you paid along with being able to enjoy for many years. That is one of the benefits of investing in a high quality instrument. Just another consideration in your decision making process but one that may arise in the future should your reasons for purchase change due to relocation or any other number of reasons. My daughter is heading off and now plays violin much more than piano. That is the reason we no longer have a need and it served its purpose well.
I did not include any of the Fluff or even the specifictions as I know those of you who are interested already are aware of all of the outstanding attributes of the Yamaha C5. There are many reviews that can be loacted on the 'net for those looking for more but the piano will speak for itself. Any piano tech or tuner will be welcome to come and investigate for you as there is no known issues whatsoever other than the fact that it will need to be tuned due to being moved to your home.
Shipping costs will be determined based on your location but assume it will be between $500.00 to $1000.00. I am on the East Coast of Virginia and will assist in any arrangements to have the item professionally packed with a company who speacializes in Piano moving or work with your shipping company.
Payment is due no later than 7 days from purchase unless other acceptable arrangements are agreed upon prior to auction close.
Can be viewed at our home in Newport News, Virginia by scheduling an appointment. I can be reached directly at 757-576-8890 or via email. Thanks for your interest. Barry
