These are the horizontal Yamaha NS-10M STUDIO monitors which are the industry standard for mixing and mastering. I will not go over the specs since you probably know what you are looking at. These are a matched set, identical serial numbers. They work flawlessly! I actually purchased these off eBay several months ago and bought two brand new woofers for them! So the woofers and tweeters are in great condition, no stains or push ins. I monitor at about 85db and I never push them.
The pictures were
taken with my HD camera, so some of the lighting is hokey. There are a
few scuff marks and dings; some show up in the pictures, some don't. The
only significant finish flaw is a ring on the top of the left speaker. You can see it in
the pictures. It looks like the previous owner had a candle on top of it
and it left a ring. That being said, the drivers, woofers and tweeters are all in great condition and they sound clean and crisp. I took excellent care of them and of course they were used in a smoke-free, air-conditioned environment. I powered them with a HAFLER P1500 trans-nova. I'm selling these because I actually have two sets. I have never needed the backup set and I just purchased Adam A7s so I have essentially three sets of great monitors now - There is no need for me to just have these laying around collecting dust.
