This is a Yamaha WS-904 base with a Tama center section (fits the diameter of a Yamaha tom arm... included). The screw hole on the Yamaha base is pretty much stripped so I drilled a hole in the Tama piece to secure it. The tom arm was cut down and new screws put into the ball section. A bit crude but holds tight and works fine. Height adjustment is limited although you can drill a new hole in the Tama section. Worked great for me!
