| We will guarantee that the item that you see pictured and described here will be the item that you receive. If you receive an item and it is not as described or pictured, please return it within 14 days of our initial shipment and upon verification, we will send you a full refund including return shipping.
If the item is broken or damaged in the shipping process, please send us a digital image of the damage via email and we will refund the purchase price of the item. You will not be required to return it if the picture shows the damage, and we will not reimburse shipping on damaged item(s).
