UK BUYERS :- We will replace any dvd proven to be defective (upon return) if we have it in stock . If it is not in stock a full refund will be given which will include postage costs incurred by the buyer in returning the dvd .This also applies for items lost in the post (ie not received within 15 business days from despatch) .
NON UK BUYERS :- We will make a full refund for any dvd proven to be defective (upon return) including postage costs incurred by the buyer in returning the dvd . Due to high postage costs we will not replace items lost in the post to buyers outside the UK but will make a full refund to your paypal a/c if the item still hasnt been received within 30 business days of despatch.
IMPORTANT :- We will NOT make a refund under any circumstances for dvd's bought from buyers outside of EUROPE that will not play due to incompatibility issues. Each item description contains detailed information regarding region codes and it is the responsibility of the buyer to read these before making a purchase. |
