This listing is for a YiXing purple clay teapot with the following:
- Potted in geometric oblate form in the appearance of a drop of water.
- Title: "Tian Yin Hu" or God's will".
- An original work by, "Yin Li Ying".
- This delicate teapot features a special mixture of tiny grains of sand called, tiao sha which serves two purposes; to enhance the porosity as well as the aesthetic beauty of the teapot.
- Curved spout and matching with curved disconnected handle.
- Molded in high relief knob lid handle.
- Flush funnel.
- Rich brown color.
- Embossed artisan's chop mark, in zhuan shu or seal script, can be seen beneath the teapot, lid and handle.
- In excellent condition.
- Lead free and safe for use.
- Single serving per steeping.

Shipping & Handling:
- The shipping and handling rate, above, is the base EMS rate for this item to the United States/Canada and the United Kingdom/Germany/France/Italy, respectively, only. The rate will differ for other countries. Contact us for an estimate.
- Shipping rates are based solely upon the actual weight of the item and packing (box, foam wrap, etc.). Our items are are professionally packaged using generous amounts of padding to secure your item(s) for delivery. Customers who wish to purchase multiple items will also receive a rate based upon the weight of your package(s) but must contact us after checkout to receive the correct shipping and handling charge. Otherwise, shipping and handling rates will be combined by default.
- Our shipping rates are in fact lower than the average EMS shipping rate to any destination in the world. Compare our base US/CAN rate of $13.00 for packages weighing up to 500g to the regular EMS rate of $26.00.
Insurance:
We provide self-assure insurance during checkout for all of our items. The rates for the self-assure program are as follows:
- $1.00 = coverage up to $50.00
- $2.00 = coverage up to $100.00
- $3.00 = coverage up to $200.00
- $4.00 = coverage up to $300.00
*additional coverage is available at an additional $1.00 per $100.00.
- The amount of insurance coverage for loss or damage will be the winning bid or purchase price of the item. No refunds are made for sentimental losses or for any expenses incurred as a result of the loss. To file a claim send us a picture of the damaged item, with the original packaging, via e-mail (silkroadtrade@hotmail.com) within 5 days of the receipt of your item.
Returns:
- We try our best to describe our items as accurately as possible. If you receive your order and feel that the description and/or the condition was inconsistent with our representation, please let us know immediately (within 5 days of receipt), and we will do our best to accomodate you. If we are unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back (address in China), and upon the receipt of the item(s), we will fully refund your original purchase price. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit.
Customs:
- Customers may be subject to import duties and taxes. We will, however, only charge you for the purchase price, shipping and handling and/or optional insurance (if requested) for your item(s). Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be paid for by you.
