Shipping

I care for my customers and the orders I make for them. I will do my best to ship the same or the next day. Please realize it could take a little longer during the busy holiday season. My goal is to give you the very best service possible.

Most of my items ship U.S. Postal Service, either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. I cannot control the U.S. Postal Service delivery times. Please try to understand this and not be upset with me over late deliveries. I give it all I have, everyday, to make and ship your item within the handling time stated. Once your item is in the hands of the post office it is then up to them to get it to you and I hope they care as much as I do on how fast it arrives to you. They do a tremendous job each and everyday and I commend them for their hard work!

SHIPPING INSURANCE

It is always a good choice to pay for the low cost insurance to protect your purchase from damage or loss. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items once I hand your item to the Postal Service but if you've purchased the insurance than we can make them become responsible for it should anything happen.

If this is a personalized item be sure of your spelling as I copy directly from what you send me. Returns of personalized items cannot be accepted if you send me the wrong spelling or have a typo. Please be clear when ordering of what you need. I take pride in my work and want you to be satisfied
