Yamaha APX-4 Acoustic Electric Black Guitar with white binding.  Made in Taiwan.  This is a nice playing guitar.  Neck is straight and it stays in tune well.  It could use some new strings.  I bought this used myself maybe 10 years ago.  It is in basically the same condition as when I purchased it.  Finish is in decent shape for age of guitar but there are a few BB-sized dings on the face of the guitar.  There is also 1 of 3 truss rod cover screws missing above the nut but.  I tried to show in picture 6 and 7 damage to the back side of the neck.  It was this way when I purchased it a decade ago.  It is not rough to the touch so it doesn't bother you when you are playing nor does it seem to affect the playability.  It looks like to me that there is a crack in the finish but not the wood.  The finish crack I am describing runs longitudinally with the neck behind the first fret.  Volume, Bass and Treble controls recess flush when pushed.  Runs on 9 V battery.  I can't expect top dollar for this guitar but it does play well and would be a nice working guitar for someone that needs an acoustic electric to take to a gig and leaver their "good" guitar safe at home.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.  I am playing bass mostly these days so I was hoping someone might enjoy this guitar rather than having it hanging on the wall.  No case but will package it nicely for shipping or can pick up locally.
